Mindful Movement
Join in a morning of coming into the body and getting our energy flowing. We’ll start with Tai Chi, move through guided free-form movement, and end with a period of relaxation. Instructions will be imbued with imagery to stimulate the imagination and enliven us to our physical sensations of the body.
