Visit us in Bethnal Green to practice yoga as a foundation for meditation – encouraging flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations.

So that we can ensure that the limited places at our events are used, our in-person classes all need to be booked in advance with a minimum payment. We hope you’ll understand that, while we have to manage our events in this way, our classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please do your best to attend if you book as we won’t be able to give your place to someone else. You’ll need to bring a yoga mat with you. Unfortunately we can’t offer yoga for pregnant women.
