Drawing and the Art of Mindfulness l with Amitajyoti

An opportunity to explore the beauty and simplicity of the ancient practice of mindfulness in the context of drawing. Explore how the two disciplines complement each other leading to greater clarity of perception, wonder and appreciation of the world around us. All you need is a pencil, the back of 3 envelopes(!) and 2 things from home e.g. rock/shell/wood… that you find interesting, or that have meaning for you. If you have other drawing materials e.g. paper, pencil sharpener, eraser, charcoal, pastels, then bring them too!
