If you have some experience of the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana practices, and want to take your practice further,  join our Morning Toolkit at 8am. You’ll be able to do a longer, unguided period of meditation and be given an in-depth course of teaching to take your practice further. Led by Akashamitra.
