Morning Meditation

A daily meditation practice is a powerful support for your life but it’s not always an easy thing to establish. That’s why every weekday we’re offering free morning meditation classes on Zoom. Get into the habit of meditating with us before you begin your day. You can learn to meditate from scratch over one week and then join our week-long ‘toolkits’ to help you take your practice further.

Meditate for about 20 minutes and be introduced to the essential elements of two transformative practices. A course of teaching with a chance to ask questions.
