Join Esther each weekday morning for yoga and meditation. In each session we’ll develop strength and openness of the body, heart and mind.
The Buddha’s teachings help us to cultivate a deep sense of gratitude and generosity. Each morning we’ll be re-discovering and cultivating this deep, generous attention through the mind and body.
The course has a minimum contribution of £25. However, we ask that you consider adding a donation and giving a total of £50.
