A ‘pay what you can’ eight session intensive course in Mindfulness
Every Tuesday and Friday from 27th Oct – 20th November| 7.00-9.00pm

We’re aware many people are facing financial uncertainty during this time. Many people have lost their jobs or had a significant reduction in income. We wanted to make sure our courses were available to those who currently don’t have the means to pay the normal fee.
Our 8-session Mindfulness courses usually cost £230 full rate or £170 concession, but if you can’t afford that rate we would ask you to pay what you can.  Your contribution will serve as a donation to help us reach out to those whose mental health has been most badly affected by the current crises, as well to continue offering our support services to unpaid carers.
Here’s what you’ll receive with your booking:
  •  A link to join Suvarnajyoti and Dayabhadra, on zoom, twice a week for 120 minutes, for 8 sessions (total 16 hrs tuition) 
  • Session summaries and guided practices to download sent to your email.
  • A recording of the session to watch again.
  • An option to receive a 1:1 phone call with one of the Breathing Space team
